Tawa Naan Recipe!

Ingredients:
All-purpose flour: 500g
Yeast: 2 tsp
Sugar: 2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Oil: 4 tbsp
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Water: as required
For Garnish:
Kalonji (Nigella seeds)
White sesame seeds
Butter
Green coriander

Process:
- Combine all ingredients to make a soft dough.
- Brush with oil, cover, and let it rest for 2-3 hours to rise.
- Once the dough has risen, divide it into 9-10 round balls.
- Rest for ten minutes then flatten each ball, sprinkle with kalonji and sesame seeds.
- Cook on a preheated tawa (griddle) from both sides until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and green coriander.
- Keep the naan in a hot pot or airtight container to maintain softness.
