We are here to share another successful hair restoration journey featuring Mr. Pradeep Singh, who underwent a procedure with Eugenix in 2016. On his follow-up visit to the Eugenix clinic after 7 years, he met with Dr. Arika Bansal to discuss his remarkable journey. Mr. Pradeep revealed that he had never initially considered a hair transplant. However, upon witnessing the impressive results achieved by Dr. Pradeep Sethi and Dr. Arika Bansal, he decided to proceed with the procedure.
During his first consultation with the doctor, he made the decision to undergo the hair transplant, and the procedure took place on November 18, 2016, involving the implantation of a total of 3000 grafts. Mr. Pradeep expressed that even after 7 years, no one could discern that he had undergone a hair transplant due to the natural-looking hairline.
Dr. Bansal mentioned in the conversation that the implantation was focused on the frontal scalp, and the expectation was that the mid-scalp and crown areas could improve with the help of medication. Over the years, due to Mr. Pradeep's age, there was some progress to a very small extent in those areas, although he had not been taking the prescribed medication. Dr. Bansal suggested that restarting the medication could potentially eliminate the need for a transplant in the mid-scalp and crown areas, but if Mr. Pradeep chose to proceed with those areas, it could certainly be done.
The doctor highlighted that in Mr. Pradeep's case, the frontal area turned out very well and appeared natural, maintaining its quality over the long duration, largely attributed to his age. Dr. Bansal emphasized that for individuals in their 20s who undergo a procedure, after 5-6 years, they may experience thinning in the transplanted area if they do not adhere to medication, leading to disappointment.
Dr. Bansal underscored the importance of lifestyle factors in achieving optimal growth and successful outcomes. He explained that age-related involution also plays a role, noting that at the age of 32, individual hair tends to be thicker in volume and density. However, by the age of 42, there is a reduction in density, corresponding to age decades. Mr. Pradeep mentioned his conscientious approach to diet, incorporating exercise and jogging to maintain a healthy body weight.
The doctor stressed the crucial factors of a good diet, balanced exercise, and sufficient sleep (around 6-7 hours per day) for favorable results. In conclusion, Mr. Pradeep expressed his satisfaction with the outcome, acknowledging that every time he sees his reflection in the mirror, he is reminded of Dr. Pradeep Sethi and Dr. Arika Bansal for the positive transformation in his appearance.
