Ingredients:
2 green mangoes, cut with or without the pit
2 cloves of garlic - smashed
hot pepper to taste
1 cup sugar (use half at first, only add more after tasting the chutney)
1 tsp geera / ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp hardie/turmeric
