📝 準備食材 Prepare ingredients
▪️辣椒粉 120 克 Chili powder 120g
▪️味噌 90 克 Miso 90g
▪️赤藻醣醇 90 克 Alginate alcohol 90g
▪️水 60 毫升 water 60 ml
▪️蘋果醋 12 毫升 Apple cider vinegar 12ml
▪️無糖醬油 30毫升 Soy sauce without sugar 30ml

📍韓式烤肉沾醬
▪️韓式辣醬 1匙 ketogeinic gochujang 1 tbsp
▪️味噌 1匙 Miso 1 tbsp
▪️無糖醬油 1匙 Soy sauce without sugar 1 tbsp
▪️蒜末(依個人喜好)minced garlic (according to personal preference to grab the amount)
▪️香油(依個人喜好)sesame oil (according to personal preference to grab the amount)
▪️白芝麻(依個人喜好)white sesame seeds (according to personal preference to grab the amount)
