Mahalabiya is an Arab dessert. Made of milk and sugar & thickened with cornstarch then laced with rose water or orange blossom water. Garnished with dry fruits of your choice and honey.

INGREDIENTS:
1.Milk full fat 500ml
2.Corn Flour or Corn Starch 4tsp
3.Sugar 3tsp (according to your taste)
4.Rose water 1tsp
5.Vanilla essence 1spoon small (optional)
6.Dry fruits for garnishing

METHOD:
1.In a pan add milk and corn flour stir them well so that there is no lumps on a very low heat.
2.Now add sugar and keep stiring on low flame .
3.Add vanilla essence and stir.
4.At the end add rose water and on medium flame stir it when it thicken switch off the flame and let it cool. It will thicken more as it cools.
5.Garnish it with dry fruits.

Mahallabia is ready to serve.
