Ingredients
Kale chane/Black chickpeas - 1 Cup soaked and boiled
Fresh Curd - 1 Cup
Besan/Gram Flour - 3 Tablespoon
Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
Ginger - 1 inch piece finely chopped
Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder/Haldi - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Heeng/Asafoetida - a pinch
Bay Leaf - 1
Cinnamon - 1 small stick
Green Cardamom - 2
Cloves/Laung - 4
Coriander leaves - a handful chopped
Mustard Oil - 1 Tablespoon
FOR TADKA:-
Ghee/Clarified butter - 1 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Dry red chilli - 2
