當中有些朋友可能是新手 還有一些病人 我會問他們怎麼拉筋呢? 就是拉下大腿 拉下後腿 拉下小腿 , 其實這些拉筋應該是在我們跑步之後做的. 跑步之前的熱身是要做一些運動去激活這些肌肉, 讓他可以有彈跳和跳躍的功能, 讓我們跑步的時候更加發揮得好, 所以我們就應該是做熱身去活動這些肌肉 而不是拉筋 拉筋就是當我們跑步完之後先做放鬆. 現在請Physical Trainer, Onna 教大家怎樣做運動...

I noticed many people are running in the street recently. Might be practicing for January’s marathon. I asked some patients who is practicing running, do they warm up? I will ask what kind of stretching, they said calves, thighs and quats stretch. Those stretching should be done after running. We need warm up to activate the muscles. To stimulate the muscles fire with more energy with better running performance. We need to do warm up to activate those muscles.not stretching, stretching is for after running to relax muscle.
