In this NMR tutorial we look at the COSY spectrum. In the COSY spectrum it is possible to obtain the connectivity of carbon atoms based on the hydrogens that they have attached to them. Here we will look at how the spectrum has its charcteristic pattern and how we can interpret that pattern to deduce the structure of a molecule.
