Join me for this intense 15 minute full body workout! This is a cardio HIIT workout which means we will keep the heart rate high while tapping into some strength exercises! This mixture of strength and cardio exercises is great for toning the muscles while burning fat! 15 min is all you need. Do this workout at home, no equipment needed.
