3-step process:

A B2B buyer persona is a  representation of your ideal customer based on:
⭕️ market research
⭕️ real data about your existing customers

1️⃣ Identify the common characteristics of your target customers, e.g.
⭕️ industry
⭕️ job title
⭕️ role in the purchasing process
⭕️  pain points

2️⃣ Gather this info through:
⭕️ market research
⭕️ interviews with customers
⭕️ analysis of your sales data

3️⃣ Create a detailed profile for each persona, e.g. their:
⭕️ motivations
⭕️ goals
⭕️ challenges
