Sometimes you just need to RELEASE your anger, rage, hidden emotions, disappointment, negative thoughts but afraid people will judge you as crazy person if you suddenly just scream out loud in public. This is the best therapy in my opinion, way for me to meditate LOL. All the glasses, porcelains, vases, plates are about to be recycled to recycling station so before that, you can smash everything with baseball bat or sledgehammer.
