4 oz (115 g) butter
7.05 oz (200 g) granulated sugar
2 egg whites (Large)
2 egg yolks (Large)
4.23 oz (120 g) buttermilk
1 tsp (5 g) vanilla bean paste
VANILLA BEAN FROSTING
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese
2 oz (5 g) butter
8.47 oz (240 g) powdered sugar
1 tsp (5 g) vanilla bean paste
⏰Bake 30 minutes at 340F/170C
