Beef Stroganoff can be made in many varieties. Although it is believed to be originated in Russia, it is now a famous meal around the world especially in middle east.
Ingredients:
1 lb (453 g) Stew Beef
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Onion
4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt, Ground Chili Pepper
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1 Potato
Sour Cream
Preparations:
1- Slice the onion.
2- Cut the beef into 1/2 inch strips.
3- Peel the potato and slice as preferred.
