Vitamin K2 is very important
Vitamin K2 is very important for bone health and for health of our teeth but unfortunately the more important it is the less it us talked about.
Natural source of vitamin K2 Isa Japanese fermented natto but as this is not widely accessible so majority depend on cheese especially grass fed cheese and butter as a best source of vitamin K2.
Vitamin K2 helps vitamin D by transferring calcium from blood to bones along with other functions.
