Homemade Chicken Mortadella - Homemade Chicken Bologna - Homemade Chicken Emulsified Sausage

Emulsified sausages are cooked sausages that have been finely comminuted to the consistency of a fine paste. Hot dog, frankfurter, mortadella, bologna, liver sausage and pâté are typical examples. In most cases they are smoked and or cooked with steam or in hot water.

This is a chicken emulsified sausage or chicken mortadella in some countries.
