Freezer/Refrigerator Noise | What Is Making That Noise??? | GE GTH18GCDDRWW

I came home from the Dragon Boat Races a couple of weekends ago and heard this noise coming from the freezer area of my General Electric Refrigerator/Freezer.  The model number is GE GTH18GCDDRWW.  I pulled out the appliance and vacuumed off the back and underneath.  The water line for the ice maker looked good.  I saw no sign of water or damage.  What works is cutting off the power in the breaker box and flipping it back on a few minutes later AND lowering the temperature control.  It is too cool and is ice forming in the back cavity?
