7g sugar

330g Cream Cheese (Kiri Cream Cheese)
113g eggs
113 g sugar
22g corn starch
30g milk
7g unsalted butter
190g fresh cream
6ml lemon juice
2ml vanilla extract

** (21cm .3, 1 round)

143g whole wheat cookies
75g unsalted
14g sugar

570g Cream Cheese (Kiri Cream Cheese)
197g egg
197 g sugar
38g corn starch
55g milk
14g butter
326g fresh cream
11g lemon juice
4ml vanilla

** (24cm 4th round..)

185g whole wheat cookies
97g unsalted butter
18g sugar

735g Cream Cheese (Kiri Cream Cheese)
253g egg
253 g sugar
49g corn starch
70g milk
18g unsalted butter
420g fresh cream
14ml lemon juice
5ml vanilla extract

1. Please prepare the frame like the video.
2. Combine corn starch and sugar together.
3. Mix the eggs raised to 38 ~ 40 degrees with the hot water little by little to make an egg mixture.
4. Please prepare milk and fresh cream warmly.
5. Loosen the cream cheese gently.
(If it does not work well .. Turn the bath or microwave slightly to soften it.)
6. Put the softened butter at room temperature.
7. Mix three egg mixtures in small portions.
8. Add fresh cream, milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract and mix smoothly.
9. Please filter once.
10. Please pan.
11. Bake in an oven preheated at 190 degrees ... 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Take it out of the oven and check for ripples.
If you like a bit more moisture, you can stop here.
