An awesome and easy breakfast recipe with left over chapatti’s at home.

Ingredients:
 
    Oil                                                            2 tsp
  Garlic(finely chopped)                            1 tsp
  Ginger(finely chopped)                              1 tsp
 Onions(finely chopped)                           1
   Salt                                                             to taste
   Green chilies(finely chopped)                  1-2
   Beans(finely chopped)                             1 tbsp
 Carrot(finely chopped)                              1 tbsp
  Capsicum(finely chopped)                          1 tbsp
  Cabbage(finely chopped)                          1 tbsp
 Potatoes(finely chopped)                                1
   Turmeric                                                         ½ tsp
          Chilli powder                                                      ½ tsp
 Coriander powder                                           1 tsp
Chapatti pieces                                             1 cup
 Coriander leaves                                           1 bunch
Egg                                                             1
 

Method:
1. Take oil in a hot pan and add garlic, ginger, onions, salt, green chillies and sauté it.
2. Add beans, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, potatoes and keep cooking.
3. Now add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder and mix it.
4. Now add chapatti pieces and mix thoroughly.
5. Also add egg and mix it, then cook for 2mn.
6. Add fresh coriander leaves and garnish.
