Is it possible to count the variations of seafood risotto along the 8000 km of Italian coast? What if we calculate  the Italian lakes too, with their great traditions? While we think about it, Francesco Sodano and Giacomo Sacchetti, two of the winners of the Acqua di chef 2020 contest, challenged each other starting from the raw materials of their territories, the Amalfi Coast and Lake Garda. The result? A video full of technique, gastronomic imagination and extraordinary Italian landscapes, to be enjoyed to the full.
