Finnish national team representative Nina Chydenius is in heavy training for the Seville Marathon taking place on 20th Feb.

Nina has a 1:14 Half Marathon best from 2021 and is now in terrific shape, hoping to run in the 2:32-2:35 range at Seville if things go to plan in the final weeks of training.

Join Nina for a workout of 1km repeats at training camp in Portugal, progressing from just faster than Marathon pace down to faster than 5km pace in the final few reps. Nina measures her lactate levels a few times during the workout.

The workout: 10x1km with 90sec recovery.
