Say 'yes' ✅ to desserts but 'No' ❌ to sugar with my #SugarFreeSundays special dessert - 'Mango Cheese Cake in a Jar' 🍰🥭 This dessert is the perfect way for you to enjoy the delicious mangoes of the season and make the most out of it. 😀
MANGO CHEESECAKE IN A JAR
Ingredients
¾ cup fresh mango pulp
Chopped fresh mangoes for garnish
1 cup cream cheese
2 tbsps Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread
¾ cup crushed digestive biscuits
10 measures Sugar Free Green
½ cup unsweetened whipped cream
Method
1. Take Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter spread in a bowl. Add crushed biscuits and mix well.
2. Add this mixture at the base of individual glass jars and press well.
3. Take cream cheese in a bowl and whisk well. Add mango pulp and mix well.
4. Add Sugar Free Green and mix well.
5. Add whipped cream and mix with light hands.
6. Add this mixture on top of the biscuit crumb mixture. Tap to level the surface.
7. Garnish with chopped mangoes and mint sprigs and serve.
