Eggless and no Bake Cheesecake Jars

Cheesecake Jars - 3 ways.

Hi everyone! Today we are going to prepare cheesy eggless cheesecake jars. Enjoy these gorgeous variations to the already tasty cheesecake mother recipe.

Mother recipe :
Marie biscuit / digestive biscuit crumbs - 100 g
Room temperature butter for binding - 30 g
Whipped cream - 150 g
Cream cheese - 275 g

Use the above recipe to prepare the basic mother recipe and crust for the cheesecake. Divide the recipe into three equal parts to incorporate the below variations.  

1: Lotus Biscoff Nutella

The Lotus Biscoff Nutella flavour makes it the perfect recipe for cheesecake as well as biscoff lovers. The cheesecake jar with Nutella cream cheese flavour makes it a 7th heaven of delight for chocolate enthusiasts. The Lotus Biscoff cookies are also augmented in their chocolatey goodness by Ferrero Rocher.
The garnish biscuits on top make it a delightful combination.

Ingredients -
Nutella -  75 g
(to be added in the mother recipe)
Lotus  Biscoff spread - for garnish
Ferrero Rocher - for garnish

2: Very Berry Cheesecake

Sweet and delicious, this no bake cheesecake recipe is simple and easy to make. A creamy cheesecake base filling along with the sweet and tart flavours of strawberries and raspberries make it a match made in heaven.
Give your friends and family one of the most tasty and succulent desserts with it’s magnificient appearance and taste.

Ingredients –
Garnish – Raspberry compote and fresh berries.
(Garnish with fresh berries to acquire the best taste)


3: Rabdi Jalebi Cheesecake

With this special dessert, we have put a contemporary twist on two classics to enjoy this superb rabdi jalebi cheesecake. Mithai or dessert – you decide!
This Indian mithai flavouring along with the quintessential cheesecake goodness will ensure ultimate satisfaction in every bite.

Ingredients –
Rabdi – 60 g
(add to mother recipe)
Garnish with rabdi , jalebi , kesar strands , gold leaf.
