RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2 cauliflower.
juice of 1/4 lemon.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
1 onion.
Sauté the onion over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
1 red pepper.
1 yellow pepper.
Mushrooms 300 gr.
3 eggs.
Sunflower oil 60 ml.
Milk 400ml / 2 cups.
Salt.
flour 4 tablespoons.
baking powder 10 gr.
Mix thoroughly.
Finely chop the cauliflower.
Lay out the cauliflower.
Add vegetables with mushrooms on top.
Salt, Black Pepper, Red Paprika.
Mix well.
Pour in the egg mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Cheese 100 gr.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
