Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 cups of milk
220 grams (1 and 1/3 cups) flour
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup melted butter
For the filling:
450 grams (1 lb) mushrooms
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
salt pepper
vegetable oil for frying
3 eggs
2 tbsp sour cream
For the sauce:
40 grams (1.5 oz) butter
3 tbsp flour
2 cups of milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
100 grams (3.5 oz) of cheese
Bake 20 min 190°C (380°F)
1 cup = 250 ml

olive oil

1-2 cloves of garlic
3 eggs

1-2 tbsp sour cream
3 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 pepper
salt pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sweet paprika

ingredients
3 tomatoes
3 onions
200-250 grams of mushrooms
150 grams Havarti cheese
Parsely
Salt, pepper, paprika sweet
4 eggs
1 cup cream
3 large potatoes
1. Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and remove the pulp with the seeds.
2. Finely chop the onion, sauté in a pan until soft.
3. Cut the mushrooms, add to the onions in the pan.
4. Boil for 7-8 minutes, salt, season with sweet paprika.
5. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
6. Cut the parsley.
7. Mix cheese, parsley and boiled mushrooms.
8. Fill the tomatoes with the mixture.
9. Boil the potatoes until half cooked and cut into large slices.
10. Mix eggs with cream, salt, pepper, beat lightly.
11. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and cover.
12. Put the tomatoes, potatoes and the rest of the mushroom mixture in the dish.
13. Pour in the egg mixture.
14. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes
