Gunta Ponganalu with Egg | Homemade Egg Snacks | Egg Ponganalu Recipe | Live Food

INGREDIENTS
1. Idli Or Dosa Batter
2. Eggs - 4
3. Salt - 1 Teaspoon
4. Ginger - 1 Small Piece
5. Green Chillies - 3
6. Coriander Leaves
7. Onions - 1
8. Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
9. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
10. Black Gram - 1 Teaspoon
11. Curry Leaves
12. Oil

We can make ponganalu with idli batter or dosa batter here I took idli batter. Beat 4 eggs in a bowl. Add this mixture to the idli batter and mix. Add 1 teaspoon salt. Add chopped ginger chopped green chilies (or green chili paste)  diced coriander leaves chopped onions and mix. For tempering; Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds  1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds  1 teaspoon black gram and mix. As black gram starts to change color add chopped curry leaves and mix. Cut off the stove and add the tempering to the prepared batter. Heat a pan and add oil to each depression. Pour prepared batter. Don't fill the depressions completely. Put a lid on the pan and cook on a medium flame for 7-8 minutes. Flip them one by one and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
