I tried making a blueberry cake full of hope for the new year.

Last year also left me with many good memories.
With hopes that the new year will be filled with good things,
I tried to make it cozy and soft, full of sweet and sour taste and full of excitement.
I hope all of our subscribers have good things in the new year of 2024.
Have a sweet time with blueberry cake.
▶Ingredients
★Mold size Ø31X28X8.5cm★
150g Unsalted butter
140g Eggs
120g Sugar
155g Cake flour
40g Almond powder
10g Blueberry powder
30g Blueberry jam
4g Baking powder
4g Vanilla extract
2g Salt
100g Blueberries
5g Corn starch
85g Sugar powder
15g Lemon juice
2g Blueberry powder
5g Blueberry jam
▶How to make
1. Mix room temperature butter, blueberry jam, and sugar thoroughly.
2. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
3. Sift all powders.
4. Add blueberries and milk and mix well.
5. Fill all of the cake molds with batter.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ (338℉) for about 40 minutes.
