Graham Crema De Fruta Recipe With Price List Of Ingredients
Graham crema de fruta is a Filipino favorite dessert that is baked in an oven. Its made of layers of fruit cocktails, sponge cake, cream and gelatin. But in this recipe will use graham crackers so there’’s no baking needed. It’s very easy and delicious.

GRAHAM CREMA DE FRUTA RECIPE
Ingredients
1 pack(200g) graham crackers
2 pack (250ml) All-purpose cream (Chilled overnight)
1 small can condensed milk
1(432g) Del monte fruit cocktail
1 pack (24g) gelatin powder, clear and unflavored
½ cup sugar or you can use the syrup from the fruit cocktail (optional)
2 cups water
Procedure
1. Drain fruit cocktail and set it aside.
2. In a bowl mix together chilled all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix well.
3. In a deep container arrange graham crackers. Fill gaps with bits and pieces of graham crackers.
4. Put cream on top of graham and spread evenly. Repeat process until you reach desired number of layers. Put cream on top for the last layer and spread evenly then put drained fruit cocktails on top of cream. Put it in the refrigerator to chill while we make the gelatin.
5. In a pan dissolved I pack of gelatin powder in 2 cups of water. When it dissolve put pan in a stove and keep stirring over medium heat. Add sugar (optional) then keep stirring to dissolve sugar.
6. Let the gelatin mixture boil then turn off the heat. Strain gelatin mixture to remove lumps and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to cool-off a bit. Don’t let it sit for too long or gelatin will set completely.
7. Spoon a ladle of gelatin mixture on top of fruit cocktail. Then pour-in the whole gelatin mixture until it completely covered the fruit cocktails. Cover and chill in the ref overnight.
