STEP 1: Go on holiday
STEP 2: Make it a great one, where you do a lot of stuff like visiting places, cities or stores. But also just got to the beach and pool a lot.
STEP 3: ENJOY, but watch your food.
- Don’t choose the worst meals.
- Just drink your water.
- Don’t snack (too often).

This body was achieved over the course of 2/3 years of training. In this video, I show how you can come back from a pretty big bulk, high fat percentage, Fat to muscle period to shredded in 3 weeks.

ABOUT THE PUSH UPS: I was doing a Challenge where i was trying to do 60 push ups in 60 seconds. The form wasn’t 100% properly (some reps were good, others around 3/4), but that’s Almost impossible with that challenge. Normally i do all my push ups strict form.
