The extreme body transformation challenge,
this was hard. like not easy hard.
1 week where you basically prepare your body for a photoshoot by doing;
5 LOW CARBOHYDRATES DAYS, and during these 5 days you drink around 7 LITERS OF WATER PER DAY.
On day 6 you don't do drink any water at all to look as dry as possible :(, but you can eat an extreme amount of carbs :). (this sucked).
