In today's workout, kids will perform exercises that will improve their balance and coordination. These are two skills that are developed as we grow up and the sooner kids start working on them, the better they'll be when they reach adulthood.

Balance and coordination are essential to our lives, as we need them to perform everything from simple tasks, like walking, to more complex ones, like running, jumping, stooping and carrying objects. In this routine we'll work to improve and increase kids' balance, coordination and body stability, making them feel more secure when carrying out their activities and playing sports. This routine offers target exercises that can help the little ones develop better physical control and confidence to perform their daily tasks.
