Takara Bio offers a variety of NGS solutions for biomarker discovery, including immune profiling solutions for both mouse and human studies. We are excited to share some big advancements recently made to several of these immune receptor profiling technologies. First, to expand the number of biomarkers that can be uncovered in human samples, we developed a new SMARTer® Human BCR profiling kit, which captures all heavy- and light-chain isotypes. Furthermore, our SMARTer Human TCR a/b Profiling Kit v2 has been validated for use in rhesus macaque studies. This expansion from human samples to include a non-human primate model advances your preclinical work. Finally, our free Cogent™ NGS Immune Profiler Software is provided with all our immune profiling technologies to analyze sequence data. Our complete solutions, from sample through analysis, maintain high sensitivity and detection of low-abundance transcripts to power immune-profiling studies.
