Jamun wine has always been an all-time favorite for us to make our delicious wine We have left the wine for fermentation for 21 days and viola this has come out awesome. This wine is anthocyanin-rich and is having a lot of medicinal value which is anti-diabetic and cures bleeding piles. Also, this wine is sparkling red and resembles grape wine too. This Jamun fruit is called Syzygium cumini which is its botanical name, and it is commonly known as Malabar plum, java plum, black plum, Jamun, or jambolana, So to keep this long story short, it has come fermented well and is delicious.

Ingredients
1 Kg Jamun
1 Litre Water
1 Kg sugar
3 cardamom, 3 cloves, 1 cinnamon
1 teaspoon yeast
