Grape wine and ginger wine recipe | Cooking Platter

Friends, I have prepared my second video on Christmas preparation on two types of wine, this is my Mother -in-laws recipe and every year she prepares and our guest just love them, so thought of sharing with you the secret 😊 as well in time so that you guys can also enjoy them in your Christmas. This easy homemade red grape wine  and ginger wine is made with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients
Grape wine
1 Kg – dried black grapes
750 gram of Sugar  you may increase or decrease as per your choice
20-22 cardamom
15- 20 Cloves
2 tbsp Ginger
2 Cinnamon stick
4 Lemon
3 liters of water

Server for 3 litre

Ginger wine
250 grams  – ginger
1 bowl of  Sugar  you may increase or decrease as per your choice
6 cardamom
7 Cloves
2 Cinnamon stick
2 Lemon
1 liters of water
