Join us as we smoke this beefy beauty on the kettle grill for three hours, infusing it with delicious smokiness, and then braise it in a rich red sauce until it's fork-tender and ready to be shredded.

I usually like to braise a chuck roast with a little beef broth and some vegetables but today I decided to do things differently.
