Are you more Force Deficient or Velocity Deficient?

📊 Doing a Dynamic Strength Index test is an objective way to know.

I was able to produce ~5,000N during isometric testing with a belt squat

📈 But during my countermovement jump, I was only able to produce ~2,500N

This means that my Dynamic Strength Index was roughly 0.50

🔭 This is a good indication that I lack elasticity/ speed.

I have strength that I’m not accessing during fast movements, so I need to train more plyometrics.

🤔 What about you?

Do you think you would be:

More Velocity deficient (less than 0.6)

Or

More Force deficient (greater than 0.8)
