Today I made'Nougat Coconut Cookie' to put the nougat on the fragrant coconut cookie.
Sticky sweet nougat and salty savory cookies blend together,
The sweet and salty balance is perfect!
Have a fun baking with 'Nougat Coconut Cookies'.
🔸 storage
Nougat Coconut Cookies are cookies made with butter, so storage at room temperature is not recommended for a long time. Leave it to room temperature until 2 days.
For long-term storage, seal it well (so that moisture is not absorbed) and store in refrigerated (eat it within 4-5 days) or frozen (within 2 weeks). Nougat is hardened when stored refrigerated or frozen. Crush it as it is, or leave it at room temperature for a while, then remove it slightly before eating.

🔸 coconut cookie dough
100 g butter
60 g sugar
65 g coconut powder
150 g cake flour
38 g egg white
3 g salt
A little vanilla essence
3g baking powder
🔸 Nougat
50 g of water
160 g sugar
35 g corn syrup
100 g honey
20 g egg white
5 g sugar
