Introduction
Rice flour dosa is an instant, easy and quick recipe. This is a good option for quick breakfast or lunch or dinner. This can be made with a few ingredients and tastes just yummy. Do try this recipe at home and drop me a comment. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients
• 1 cup Rice flour
• 1/4 cup Besan / Chick pea flour
• 1 1/4 cup Water
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Method
• In a bowl take rice flour.
• Add besan, salt and baking soda. Mix well.
• Add a little water at a time and mix well to make dosa batter.
• Make sure no lumps of flour are left.
• The consistency of batter should be smooth.
• Add lemon juice and mix well.
• Heat up skillet on medium high heat. The pan should be enough
 hot.
• Brush a little oil on the skillet.
• Mix the batter once and pour it on the skillet.
• Start making dosa form the sides and end up at the centre.
• Cover and cook for about 2 minutes.
• Continue to cook until it gets nice brown color from below.
• Cook dosa on medium to high heat.
• After cooking for about 3-4 minutes on medium to high heat flip
 the dosa over and cook from other side as well.
• After cooking for about 2 minutes from other side flip over again
 and roll it.
• Rice flour dosa is already.
Tips:
• The center of the skillet is much hot compared to sides. So it
 takes time for the side batter to cook. So start making dosa from
 the sides and end up at the center.
