Game-Changing Rear Naked Choke Details that 10x'd My Finish Rate in BJJ (Thanks to Gordon Ryan)

Today's video is a breakdown of my favorite sequence from Gordon Ryans' back attack Instructional.

This sequence has become one of my go-to sequences on the mat and I have found success at all levels with it (with no surprise).

In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu the back is the king of control & the rear naked choke is the king of all submissions.

Understanding this system can be difficult at first, but it's definitely been a huge help to my game so I'm happy to share it with you and my students at Carlson Gracie Montreal.
