Ingredients
Base
8 oz/225g butter melted
8 oz/225g granulated sugar
8 oz/225g plain flour (all-purpose flour)
3 tsp baking powder
2 oz/55g cocoa powder
5 oz/140g porridge oats (oatmeal)
Topping
2 tbsp Camp coffee essence or use 2 tbsp of strong coffee
2 oz/55g butter
8 oz/225g icing sugar (powdered sugar)
