Ingredients:
2 tbsp golden syrup (or use honey or maple syrup)
6oz/170g butter
½ tin/7oz/200g condensed milk
4oz/110g soft brown sugar
8oz/225g crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
8oz/225g chocolate, to cover (milk or dark, your choice)
