Today's brioche was an experiment, an improvisation, I started with an idea and ended up doing something else! But I am very satisfied with the result, it is majestic, beautiful to look at, very soft to the nth degree and very good! With the double filling that sweetens with every bite... in short, I recommend it! Do it again for breakfast and for every moment of the day! It's big but if you want you can freeze half of it and have it ready for next weekend!
