First documented police radar encounter
First documented police radar encounter with the new Uniden DFR9/Uniden DFR8 radar detector.
Made two passes one while he was targeting away and then one when he was targeting toward me.
The office was technically operating his 33.8Ghz Ka police radar gun in instant-on (rf hold), but at certain times was operating the unit long-enough that I considered it constant-on.
In any event. the Uniden DFR9 more than held-it's own against this speed radar trap.
