This is the 1000 rep abs challenge from home. Get ready for the live at home abs workout. This abs exercise challenge will get you sweating and burning fat. Your core will be put to the test.
Warm up your muscles, because today we are going to do an extreme Abs workout to destroy your 6 pack! More than 1000 reps!

You can hit this home workout 2-3x per week - and if you wanted to keep active on your other days - be sure to check out my other workouts!
This will have the effect of decreasing the overactivation of the hip flexors which can cause back pain.  Also, you want to slowly roll your trunk off the floor once vertebra at a time and paint it back down the same way.  
This will ensure good eccentric control of the abs and further protetion of the spine.
