The first transfer was so good because of my big shoes! Also I don’t do this everyday. Ive been trying out different methods of exercise for years and these are all my favourites that I do as often as I can!

I was diagnosed around 11y with Muscular dystrophy limb girdle type 2b. I have been practicing parts of this work out in many different styles over the years, thankfully I was doing just enough that I never felt too much pain or uncomfortableness, and in return, to my surprise my moves got better/easier with time & practice. & if I did feel any pain then I would take a break, even tell my body nice things till its healed :) The more I do practice the better I feel generally. I can say so much about my body, next video!

I didnt think id ever do a workout video like this but I am proud of it and hope to make better ones in the future!
