caramel water: 30grams of rock suger
10mil of oil
melt sugar in oil and add boiling water, make around 200 ml of caramel water
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
2 tbsp of dark soysauce
alchol of your choice, can be rice wine, sake, red wine, white wine ,beer, cider etc can up to 500ml
add boiling water to cover the meat
stew for 1 hour
high heat to reduce the liquid and enhace the caramel colour.
