Building a behemoth.My 15, (yes 15) multi bird, roast. Its culinary engineering, bordering on lunacy.Its a turkey, goose, chicken, guinea fowl, pheasant, Gressingham duck. A mallard, teal, woodcock, snipe, quail, and a Poussin. A pigeon... A wigeon.. and a partridge, all stuffed, by me.
