I walk you through how
I walk you through how the four different muscle roles (agonist, antagonist, synergist, and fixator) and the three different muscular contractions (isometric, concentric, eccentric) can be combined to produce different kinds of movement. Then I give a couple of examples to help you apply these to actual movements.
[0:00] Start
[0:23] Agonist
[1:09] Antagonist
[3:00] Synergist
[5:40] Three Types of Contraction
[10:07] Fixator
[13:04] Example One: Bicep Curl
[18:25] Example Two: Hamstring Curl
