Best Mooncake recipe! (Great tips inside) Most delicious I ever eaten
*This recipe can make 20 pieces of mooncake
Ingredients：
1.Alkaline water:
*  10g   Baking soda    2/3tbsp
*  30g   Water      2tbsp

2.Mooncake skin：
*  120g   Invert syrup        
*  1tsp   Alkaline water    
*  32g   Peanut oil         1/8cup
*  170g   All-purpose/plain flour      1cup+2tbsp+2/3tbsp

3. Fillings：
*  20pcs   Salted duck egg yolk
*  Filling(35g) = Read bean paste + Salted duck egg yolk

4. Egg yolk liquid ：
*  1pcs  Egg yolk  
*  1/2tbsp   Water  

mold size:50g mooncake mold

1. Preheat the Oven 200°C（400°F）, bake for 5 minutes
2. Turn the oven temperature to 165°C（330°F）, bake for 5 minutes
3. Keep the oven temperature on 165°C（330°F）, bake for about 12 minutes
