INGREDIENTS :

2 bowls of Rice
3/4 cup of split black lentils (urad dal)
2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds/ Methi
2 tbsp Chana dal/ Split Bengal gram
water
oil

How to make Coconut Milk
Its Ingredients:

1/2 grated Coconut
Sugar as per taste
Water

Procedure :

Mix all grains in a bowl, Rice, split black lentils (urad dal), Fenugreek seeds/ Methi, Chana dal/ Split Bengal gram
, rinse it with water 3-4 times, and then add water in it and keep it for whole day,
at night remove all water from it and then grind it in mixer and make paste of it, and then again keep that batter to ferment for 5-6 hours.
after 5-6 hours we'll start preparing Aambole, like we prepare dosa.
serve it with coconut milk.
