Ingredients :

Dried rice flour as per required
{Rice is 1st cleaned properly and then grind it in mixer}
Salt,
Water as per required,
Oil

Procedure :

In a bwl, Add salt in water as per taste
take rice flour as per your requirement, make it a thick batter, like dosa batter.

Apply oil on non stick pan
Add a cup of batter on pan, Cover it with lid, Remove the lid after 1-2 min, This should not be flipped.

Now I'll show you next way to make this ghavne, Its known as Ghavne Modak

Apply Oil, Add a cup of batter same like before,

and Ghavne modak means, it requires filling like this
Freshly grated coconut with added sugar in it , and cardamom
Mix it all together
and then spread it on top of batter
Cover it with lid for 1-2 min
wait for 1-2 min and then remove it on plate
It tastes same like modak
